I always take the original order to the courthouse. I really don't care if anyone knows who my clients are.
If a client wants to leave me over a few bucks or the promise of quicker turn times, I really don't want to work with them.
Quality clients are not going to make a change for those reasons. The only ones that place turn times and cost over quality are the ones working with preditory lenders. Again, I don't want to work with those folks.
My employees know who all our clients are. Without that information, they cannot call the client with concerns on the search, nor can they know the preferences the client has.
I think if you want to be professional in your work, you have to trust your clients and employees. Doing otherwise is reducing title examining to a sales job.
