Enforcing is what contracts are for - they are not written to unenforce them - lol. I am assuming you are taking more precautions in not allowing your employees to have access to the actual names of your clients. I know one man who has multiple employees they have equipment in their homes and start out there and the orders are given to them without reference to the client they came from which I think is a good idea. However, access to any client can be found readily found by those that carry the original orders to the courthouse - I call those "brainy people." How many of you actually bring the original order to the courthouse?
