I also am having troubles getting paid by certain clients.  I would like to start some type of list for Florida, to let all our fellow abstractors know who is using us then moving on without paying us.  The way it works is they use us for a certain amount of time, then when we try to force them into paying us by telling them we can no longer do their work, they just move on to another abstractor.  If we all join together and let everyone know who isn't paying, then if no one will do their work until we're paid, then maybe this won't keep happening.
I'm certainly open to suggestions.
