I agree. paperport is awesome. Extremely user friendly. We've gone a step further and have the visioneer strobe pro scanner on our desks. It is a little sheet feed scanner that is a little workhorse. It fits between my keyboard and monitor. You feed one sheet in at a time. Very fast. Pretty good quality scans too. I just upgraded my software to the paperport pro 10. It is just as Steve says, you can email right from the program in any format you need. I think the visioneer scanner strobe pro with the software is about $300.00.
