I’m not going to continue to fight with you, because I never started to fight with you. I didn’t put words in your mouth, I just asked if you thought it was ok. I’m really surprised at your lack of professionalism with the way you’re speaking. I haven’t accused you personally of doing anything. You provided your information and invited people to discuss this with you off of the message board, and you’ve been defensive since the beginning.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
As far as “what I think I know”…I know Don receives these emails because I copied him on them, I got his “read receipts” AND he emailed me back.

Don doesn't get these emails, first off, so i really don't know what you're talking about, or what you think you know. I have a yahoo email account, so there is no way he could read these. I have a NY cell phone number, because I use to live in NY and I use to work for titlesearch. I haven't worked there in almost two years. I've been in Los Angeles. Just because I have loyalties to Titlesearch and I stick up for them, doesn't mean I have power to pay you people. And I never said I did. Once again, abstractors don't read thoroughly (kinda like when they get an order request, hmmm)
If you want to keep fighting with me thats fine, whatever. I understand your fustrations, however I will never understand why people bash clients on a forum. Its distasteful. I think abstractors should discuss these issues privately. And to answer your question, I do not think its ok for title companies to not pay their vendors, or to not return phone calls. I never ever condonned that. Read my posts again, because you are putting words in my mouth.
