Dear Shannon and Alan,

NY does not permit the recording of "copies".  There are several things we can do to rectify the situation, however, my anger derives from this nut job who is out there effecting not only himself in a negative way, but the integrity of mortgages for innocent homeowners.

To date, Marc Davis has NOT provided Statewide Settlement, Inc., these documents nor has he returned fax or phone messages!!!!
