Donna - $22.50 an hour is not good - it takes you to make DOUBLE your hourly wage to make up for benefits such as sick pay, holiday pay, vacation pay and medical benefits then you have to make more just to cover your costs of doing business.  If a county charges 1.00 per page and I have to make copies myself at a lower rate - I charge the 1.00 per page because I have to make the copies.  One of my counties charges 1.00 a page to print them but if they are outside the computer and we make them they charge .50.  This difference between what I am charged and what I charge my client - the $1.00 pp - makes up for the time I expend making copies myself.  I am sure this county charges 1.00 per page if ordered through the mail or through internet services.
