Robert,

I am responsible for doing nothing but commercial searches for my company.  Due to this I am completely aware of exactly what is required to do a 10 year search let alone one of the magnitude that you mention above.  The furthest I EVER have an abstractor go back is 60 years and that is only where the area states that the abstractor must to warrent a full search.  Most of my orders are actually 40 year.  Even at the 10-year level, I give my vendors 5 - 7 business days to complete.  ANYONE that would expect any type of commercial search back, other than an update, in 24 hours must be truely out of their mind and have no understanding of what is required.

I truely feel for you!!  If you are interested in doing commercial work in your area, let me know.  I am getting slammed in Ohio and Kentucky right now.
