I completely understand your frustrations. You are supposed to be easily accessable but when you try to get back in touch the Vendor Manager is not. I saw this happen time and time again while at a large National Title company. I promised myself if I ever got in the position I would established much better Vendor comunications. I am on msn messenger all day and have some vendors that use it. While it dosn't work for everyone, I consider these vendors to be even above the others because I know I can always reach them.
