I can't speak to your experience with Nationwide Appraisal, but the six years or so that we have worked with them have been nothing short of excellent.
    This reply is not meant to be combative, just a friendly suggestion that you may want to have a conversation with Nationwide before declining their buisiness.  They can be a very good source of work and don't seem to present the problems and frustrations that appear in this forum on a regular basis.
