You standards of practice are not only normal and commonplace in my experience, they are also very close to the standards we at Statewide Settlement, Inc. utilize within our Witness Closing Department.

If we accept a loan package, we will close it, however, if we fail to receive payment, we will certainly answer a question from the borrower if one arises, however, we will not accept additional orders from the client.

Marc Davis' entire ethics foundation has confused me and many other professionals in this industry long enough.  He is not going to utilize archaic, ignorance filled tactics to strong arm my company.
