The Client you stated that they cancelled your order due to lack of communication, was it NATIONWIDE APPRAISAL and TITLE SERVICES. It seems that they are doing this alot. For example, our abstractors and title coordinators, confirm the orders with the vendor managers once is faxed to make sure they received the orders. After we faxed the order to them on 7/6/2005 and the vendor manager confirmed the order, we received a cancelled letter on 7/12/2005 stating the same thing. So we just turn it over to our collection department, and they are taking care of it. Today we received 3 orders from them, now think about this? If they are going around doing this, what should we do their work? We returned the work back to them, due to their behavior.
