Matthew:

I feel compelled to reply to your comment about free market economics, or to use your word, "capitalism".  I know from personal experience that it is easy to get discouraged when it seems that the deck is stacked against you.  Don't let that sour you on the free market.

Just as when someone puts a product out there that fails to deliver on its promises to "slice, dice, chop, mix, grate and make mounds of cole slaw", these fly-by-night operators who don't care to do the job right won't last long.  Those who take the time to do the job right will always win.  The cream will always rise to the top.

Donald Trump said it best when he gave this advice:  first, love what you do;  second, NEVER, NEVER, EVER GIVE UP!!!  That, to me, is the classic American formula for success.

As I've stated before, I believe that good service, hard work and persistence will always carry the day.  Sure, it's frustrating, almost maddening at times when it seems as if no one but you cares about quality.  That's what makes the effort so much more rewarding.  If this job was easy, everybody would be doing it.

Sorry to get so long-winded here, but I am extremely passionate about this.  Don't give up!

Regards,
Scott Perry
