Wendi: I just got an increase in my E&O thru TIAC, no questions asked. My policy had been issued 2 months prior and I had a client who needed my coverage increased. TIAC sent me a quote, I sent in the money, and got my new revised policy. Plus, TIAC was cheaper than TitlePac when I was getting quotes a couple of years ago. That part about not being able to quote you until your policy runs out may be correct. You may just have to wait until renewal time.
