Thank you to J Nisonger for your positive feedback and offer of advice.  That was all I was looking for.  I can see why I was told by a few other abstractors to be careful when posting on this website, I did not expect the negative tone.  I have trained under 3 abstractors who have a small company in my area and worked for them the past year.  I liked the work and wanted to explore the possiblity of going into business myself.  I thought this website was a positive forum to be used for questions and feedback from each other.  I can not apologize for being new to the industry however, I do see that I will need to find another route to solicit feedback, I do not have the time nor the inclination to post back and forth explaining myself and being told that my "little secret" of being green will be discovered and I will be sued!  That was not advice of how to succeed that was a negative voice telling me that I can't possibly succeed in this business, everyone was new to this industry at one time or another.  Why would this line of work be any diffrent from any other?  Doesn't everyone start off ignorant and learn the ropes through the years?  I will gain my experience and feedback from the professional abstractors I know who are more than willing to give advice and direction.  I will not be posting on this site anymore in the future so good luck to everyone in their individual business, I wish you the best.
