I know this is late but Stephanie was with Courthouse Connections based upon my past dealings with them.  They burnt me for about $900.00.  Orders that were ALL "no finds" due to very recent mortgagedates and we checked them TWICE (second time no charge) for them and they never paid on them and I got a big runaround with accounting and no returned calls from Stephanie.  I won't do work for them again.
