We are keeping them all.  We have an abstractor program called "Quest XPress"  from Integrated Imaging.  We can keep track of our orders and the clients can view the progress of the order, order on-line and download the completed order should them lose it.  They keep all the scanned images on their servers, BUT THEY STILL BELONG TO YOU.  You can visit them at www.integratedimaging.com and tell them I sent you and they can give you a tour on the internet.
