That sounds like a great service.  But The one reason I have stuck with onebox is the fact you mentioned, i can fax and email out from the site.  I don't use the voicemail feature.  I can fax to myself from a courthouse and get on the lap top and send to a long distance number or an email.  Saves me some time sending out the orders when I get home at the end of the day.
