Good for you Michaela!!!  We all need to have the courage to say NO to these unreasonable requests.  Besides how can any of us guarantee that a search will be done in "X" amount of time.  We never know what we will find until we get into it.  They probably wanted you to cut you fees 50% also.   Wanda
