Source of Title Forums: Re: What Do You Do?

Our firm gladly accepts last minute closings, but charges a premium in addition to the normal fee to accomodate complications with previously set schedules (i.e. late arrival of edocs, down load problems, long distance travel, etc.). The clients usually understand this, and have no problem with it.
