Oh come on... its nothing more that filling out a few blanks on a form.  Surely it can't take that long. 

I think we should have a random search generator that will just fill out a form with random information and disclaim any accuracy.  We could offer 15 minute turn-around times and charge $5 per search.  Do you think the clients would like that?

There is no telling what the next person on the phone is going to ask for... they just don't get it.
