In regard to the missing email address... we do allow for people to remove their email address, and even change the name on the posts so people can feel free to post anonymously.  However, I prefer that people actually put their name on what they say.  It is also important to note that even though the name and email do not display, we know who left the post and we will not tolerate any "anonymous" posts for the purpose of misleading or defaming others.

TitleWave is a LandAmerica company... have you thought about contacting LandAmerica and asking for some assistance in resolving the issue?  I have often been told that the underwriters want to know when their agents are not paying their abstractors... I would think the same thing would hold true for their direct operations.

If there is a miscommunication, it would be better to discuss the issue and resolve it, than to threaten legal action.  It cannot be helping "Mr. Wilson" to publicly state that if you want your money you will have to hire a collection agency.  If I were working for him, I would be nervous about getting paid.
