I had this company contact me a few months ago.  They wanted to negotiate prices, but I wouldn't budge.  There was a letter posted in the record room at the Laurens County Courthouse about them.  It was giving the name of a collection agency that was familiar with them.  Fortunately I saw the letter and refused to do work for them.  I think they are skipping from abstractor to abstractor in this area.
