Just wanted to give you my take on John's post.

A lot of what John said in his post is sad, but true.  Believe me, I understand your concerns regarding information security; in fact, I share those same concerns.  You've educated me quite a bit in that regard.

I think what John was driving at, however, is that we all need to learn to streamline our operations.  I don't think that his remarks were meant as a direct criticism of Michaela or her operations.

I also have to agree with Rob Franco, who noted in another thread that abstractors using on-line resources as a tool to provide better service should be aware of the systems' limitations.

True free market economics is a win-win proposal.  Healthy competition forces us all to be better; cutting your competitor's throat always proves counterproductive in the long run.
