Coop marketing is a very creative idea. I am familiar with from an advertising perspective from when I worked in the television industry before law school. How would you propose structuring it and involving both the abstractors/signing agents and the entities to which you are marketing?

Your idea of working with small regional title companies as opposed to one large national title company may be a way around the problem of there not being lender contracts in all areas of the country at the same time.
