Personally, I would consider buying in even if their were no contracts in place for my area. I would still benefit from any dividends or growth. Right? I would also feel I was helping to support fellow independent abstractors in those distant areas.

Would it be possible to buy into several smaller regional plants instead? Maybe an exchange of stock or some other way that would allow smaller regional title companies to participate in the LLC?
