I agree. How would you propose to address the problem of buying into a title company that has the potential of providing work to abstractors in all 50 states, but is not there yet. There may be abstractors who want to buy in, but would have to wait until there were client contracts in place which would provide them with work? Would you propose them not buying in until the client contracts were in place?
