OKAY,
I read(heard) everything that was said and now I'am scared to try this or at least branch out on my own. I will stick with what i know (Notarizing loan docs). something that I am knowledgable it. Although this just seem simple enough to go to a courthouse and look up past/or present ownership there seems to be more details than I care to deal with. I was only looking at this as maybe a hobby to get me out of the house (being retired from the NYCPD) and make a couple of $. but I'' stick to signing loan doc.
