Here is the deal.

A guy named Rusty  actually Sylvester runs the show.

You  do due  diligence from an assessment list he sends.

You are to confirm ownership  by making  phone calls  (  you find  the

number) to the  listed  owner.  

Then  if and when the  owner sells  you  get a share  of the sale.

Looks like you could work for some time without  being paid because

your check  depends on the success  of someone else. No sale -  no pay.
