No, a fellow landman contacted  him via landmen.net.  What I  know is he offers a 25% commission to the researcher  for successful  mineral right  purchases.  So, you can do the work, due diligence,  and hope someone else does theirs  before you get any money.  Just seems a bit  fishy to me.
