Source of Title Forums: Re: State of CT raises recording fees 10/05

That is a huge increase, Texas just increased in September but not near a $30.00 increase. Anyone know why the huge increases are incurring? Anyone think the clerk's offices are losing to much revenue to the online copy businesses?
