My sentiments exactly, Jay.  As I stated before, if I'm just doing the search, I simply report what's there.  My standing rule is, "when in doubt, show it on the report".  I don't remember ever hearing of an instance where a searcher was held liable for showing something that shouldn't have been on a report.
