Our standard Disclaimer goes like this:

All information contained herein was obtained by an examination of public records in the above-named jurisdiction and is as accurate as reasonable care can make it. Jireh Business Information Solutions, Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the insurability or marketability of title for the subject property and assumes no liability whatsoever for the accuracy of the information contained herein beyond the exercise of such reasonable care.”
I've never had to defend the validity of that language in a court of law, but none of my clients has ever objected to it. Perhaps F. Lee would offer his learned legal opinion.
