I checked the Ohio Supreme Court's website on attorney registration and the only attorney named John Wilson with the middle initial "M" is John Michael Wilson with bar number 0026618 who is Special Projects Director for the NWOBCTC in Toledo, Ohio with phone number (419) 693-7717.  Querry as to whether your Mr. Wilson is the same as my Mr. Wilson? Your original post indicates that Mr. Wilson used the suffix "Esq." which indicates that he is holding himself out as an attorney. Possibility, that your Mr. Wilson is licensed in another state.
