Well I can say one thing good about our business - all of us have some nationwide clients (well most) and we can go to another city and service that city for them if they don't have someone or need another person because of business.  It's not like you can lose everything in our business.  But...I still wouldn't want to be in any of their places.  I am going to email her and see if I can help her in anyway.
