Hey Kurt,

I communicated with you a while back when I was living in NJ. I hope all is well.

Could not resist responding to this post. I could not agree more with Kevin. Like him, I am a lawyer. Like him, I would sue now. If Mr. Wilson sees anything defamatory in your post he should have paid more attention during Torts or he should be more attentive during the CLE sessions.
