Not long after I wrote that post, I realized this was probably what you were saying. I should have gone back and edited my post. Don't be too hard on Judy. I too believe their were many cases of bad judgment on the part of city, state, and federal government. There always is. I've found myself tempted to enter into this blame game when I learned more of what the governor and mayor did and didn't do. It is a difficult debate to avoid and one I look foreward to once the more pressing issues are taken care of. What is important now is what can be done to help the victims and rebuild the economy. No matter what mistakes were made, the fate of the victims and our economy will depend on what is done now.
