Ok - perhaps another dumb question - but how do people take it when you tell them you are raising prices? I had someone straight flip out on me last week (new company) and hang up when I quoted them a price on recording a deed and mortgage in an outer county. Despite the fact it takes three trips (and up to two weeks) to get a deed filed in this county - this person yelled at me I was too expensive and they would find someone else. Fine with me - but if everyone acts like that I will be out of business sooner or later. It is just scary to me since this is what I have done for a living the past eight years and working for someone or finding a new profession is just unthinkable at this time.
