It is an excellent question... ask the politicians and the oil companies. Now with the hurricane they will have all the more reason to raise their prices... hmmmm. My sister-in-law lives in Texas on the gulf. Her husband works repairing refineries... now that all "restrictions" have been lifted until January there is even more crap being pumped in to the gulf... and people wonder why hurricanes are getting worse?
