I spoke with a gentleman named Pete at Title Direct on 8/3/05.  He promised the check for what he owes my company would be "cut this week." 

Would you be willing to share a generic version of your "Client Services Agreement" with us?  We drafted one years ago but have not used it routinely.  If you have one that works well enough to pick up the new company Title Direct is starting, yours must be good!
