Hi, I use to work for First American Equity Loan Services (ELS) in the Charlotte, NC office as a title coordinator and they do out source the data entry portion (Magic pen) of a title report and some searches. First American NLA has taken over ELS and consolidated all the branches in Cleveland. Which cut down pay and insurance for the former employees of ELS. First American NLA was always referred to the parent company of ELS and RES.
