Janet - I talked with my state farm agent about some agents saying they don't have E&O insurance - she said not everyone is aware of all the new services and you should state that you know it is under State Farm Specialty products.  I also directed her to this site so that she can list my wonderful agent, James Baker, on SOT as an insurance source.
