Statewide Settlement, Avon Abstract, Livingston Abstract and First Priority Title Agency ALL utilize the wonderful services of TPA (Nancy Walker).

We tried to use two other companies talked about on SOT.  One averaged about $8,000.00 (yes, that's right), more per policy and the other took about two months to finally realize that they had totally forgotten to process our four applications?!?!?!?

REMEMBER, SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!  When they finally did send us quotes, the coverage was adequate and the premiums were LOWER than what we pay TPA, however, their SERVICE stunk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stayed with TPA and am very happy I have done so!  Give Nancy a call, she is wonderful and very communicative and patient....JT
