Actually Nikki you did not and you were fully aware of this at the time. I faxed you the invoices repeatedly. I spoke with you and you acknowledged at the time that you owed the money. Then you stopped returnng phone calls or emails.

For the record, the last payment I received from you was for 869.50 entered December 13th 2002. This check paid for some of the invoices dating from February to June fully 6 to 1o months after the work was done.This didn't suprise me as I had been working with you for over a year trying to help you catch up after you were burned by one of our mutual clients.

I stated at the time you still  had outstanding invoices and continued to send faxes and emails for about a year. So yes, you are correct. I did tell you a year later, but it wasn't the first time. It was the last time!
