Credit where credit is due, Nikki. I think we vendors should speak up about our positive experiences as well as negative; but make no mistake -- I will not shy away from sharing negative information if it is backed by facts. It's not "bashing" if it's true.
I'm glad you took the time to tell your side of the story. I'd like to see more companies do that.
