Hey Robert,
Maybe you should give them a try, hahaha. Pick out one of the nastiest searches you have done in the past 6 months or so and let them give it a shot. Then when they come back with the search missing items, wait a couple of weeks, then call them back with the claim of the missing items and see how quickly they are willing to pay up or disappear.
