We are having a lot of the same problems you are Becky. What is driving us crazy these "big Super RUSH" that we take literally and rush only to get a phone call few hurs later after most of the work is done that it is cancelled. I think they are trying to do them in house, not finding the info, running out of time, send it out as a rush and then lose the order... thus our phone call that it is cancelled.
