Two of the principals of Zen Title, LLC are the same individuals who are listed as principals of Title Direct.  Title Direct owes us for work going as far back as October 2004.

Zen Title, LLC filled out our Client Services Agreement back in August 2005.  I spoke with Christine Stanton and asked to speak with either of the individuals listed as the "CEO" or the "CFO".  She said neither one was available at the time.

I explained to Ms. Stanton that we could not process their work until the situation with Title Direct was resolved.  She took my both my office and my cell numbers and said one of them would get back to me.  To date, I have yet to hear from either one of them.

Based on the the above, I would be very careful about getting involved with this company.  A word to the wise...
