Could it be a training issue or something else and if it something else, as hard as it is to do, you have to terminate, fire, clean out your desk, turn in your phone and keys.  As much as you may like them, you have to weigh the liability of keeping them vs the destruction of your business.  It is a part of any business.  I have to feed my family too.
