I agree.  Right after the General Assembly voted themselves a pay raise in the middle of the night, they're trying to stick it to us again.  Add to that the fact that they've tried to fund our schools with revenue from legalized gambling.  Now that most of the school districts across the state have opted out of that one, Governor Rendell wants legislation to make participation mandatory.

I personally favor the proposal to fund the schools with state sales tax revenue.  I haven't fully researched the issue yet, but I like what I've heard so far.  Seems to me to be an idea worthy of some consideration.
